• Responding promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via email, phone and other communication channels.
• Asses client needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Act as a central point of contact between clients and internal departments, including operations, marketing and finance team.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Provide high quality customer service when dealing with clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Proactively seek feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Utilise personal and professional networks to identify and engage with new leads.
• Develop and implement strategies to effectively nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
