About the role
As our SEO Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind our global SEO strategy, ensuring our language and media services dominate search engines like Google and Bing. You’ll blend hands-on optimisation with strategic planning to make our websites irresistible to clients worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft Epic SEO Strategies: Develop and implement a global SEO plan, with a special focus on multilingual SEO to captivate our diverse audience.
- Optimise Like a Pro: Fine-tune on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost rankings and drive organic traffic across multiple languages.
- Track and Triumph: Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms to monitor performance and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
- Team Up for Success: Collaborate with content creators, translators, developers, and marketers to weave SEO magic into every aspect of our digital presence.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep us informed about SEO trends and industry shifts, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
Who are we looking for?
We want a dynamic, growth-obsessed SEO expert who’s ready to make waves. Here’s what will make you our perfect match:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on SEO expertise, ideally in language services, media, or tech. Bonus points for multilingual SEO knowledge!
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals—site architecture, crawlability, and performance optimisation.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools, with a knack for turning data into action.
- Communicator: Able to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical teams and rally everyone around your vision.
- Problem Solver: Creative and strategic, ready to tackle SEO challenges in a competitive market.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where technology is always evolving.
- Proactive: Eager to stay updated on SEO trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO ranking factors, search engine algorithms, HTML, CSS, schema markup, and dashboard creation.
- Experience: Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to SEO success.
